Information collected to fulfill phone number porting requests (LNP’s) may include first name, last name, company name, physical address, billing address, telecom provider names, telecom provider account numbers, telecom account pin numbers, telephone numbers (DID’s), and other identifying information to successfully complete phone number porting into SR Technologies’ VOIP product, Weavox.
Unless you ask us not to, SR Technologies reserves the right to use this information to contact you, your telecom provider, and any third party affiliates that need access to this information to complete an LNP. We also reserve the right to share this information with your telecom provider and our third party affiliates to complete an LNP.
